Do you provide a free estimate?

Yes, our initial consultation is free of charge because we understand that it can be difficult to get an idea of how much your project will cost on your own. After the initial consultation (which typically lasts about 30-60 minutes), we will provide you with a range estimate to give you a sense of project costs. The Pre-Construction Agreement phase is where details of the project, including material selections and scope are identified, and a more accurate cost estimate can be determined.

Will you assemble a pre-fabricated structure that I’ve purchased?

Yes, we can assemble a structure, like a shed, that comes in pre-fabricated pieces, or a detached garage kit that requires construction. We’re also able to customize the interior of a pre-fab or kit structure, or, build entirely from scratch.

Can you help with site preparation?

Yes, we can plot out where a structure will be placed, do any necessary excavation work, and/or place foundational materials such as mulch, stone or concrete.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check or mobile payments via Venmo

Do I need to get a permit for my project?

Typically, yes, but if your project is fairly simple, you may not need one. When in doubt, the best way to find out is to call and ask your town or city’s Building Department. We can take care of the paperwork and inspections required on your behalf.

What is your experience?

Cory has over 25 years of experience in the residential building trades. He also holds a degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural and geotechnical engineering. Cory has built or assembled every kind of outdoor structure there is, literally from the ground up.
